1. Program description

GetCallbacks (operated by Manifest Cowboys LLC) sends SMS messages on behalf of local home service businesses that use our platform. If you call a business that uses GetCallbacks and the call is not answered, you may receive an automated text message from that business's dedicated GetCallbacks number. Messages may include: missed-call acknowledgements, requests for service details, scheduling information, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry.

2. Consent

By placing a call to a business that uses GetCallbacks, you consent to receive SMS messages from that business in connection with your inquiry. You are not required to consent to receive marketing messages as a condition of any purchase. Consent applies to transactional and customer-care messages related to your missed call.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the business. Typically you will receive one initial follow-up message per missed call, with additional messages only if you reply and continue the conversation.

4. Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

5. Opt-out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, reply START or UNSTOP.

7. Data sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
