1. About GetCallbacks

GetCallbacks is a software service operated by Manifest Cowboys LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). We provide an AI-powered missed-call response platform that helps local service businesses automatically follow up with callers via SMS, capture job details, and route qualified leads.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the GetCallbacks platform, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

GetCallbacks is intended for use by legally operating businesses in the United States. By using the service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind a business entity.
  • Your business is operating lawfully and in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • You have the right to use the business phone number you register with us and to set up call forwarding on that line.
  • You are not using the service on behalf of any person or entity that is barred from receiving services under applicable law.

3. Description of Service

GetCallbacks assigns your business a dedicated AI phone number. When a call to your main business line goes unanswered or reaches a busy signal, your phone's call forwarding routes the call to your AI number. Our platform then sends an automated SMS follow-up to the caller on your behalf, gathers information about their needs, and presents that information in your customer portal.

The service includes:

  • A provisioned AI phone number for your account.
  • Automated SMS conversations powered by AI on your behalf.
  • A customer portal where you can review missed-call conversations and extracted lead details.
  • Outcome classification and lead qualification based on conversation content.

The service does not include: live human agents, guaranteed call coverage, guaranteed message delivery, guaranteed booking outcomes, or any guarantee that callers will respond to or engage with AI-initiated messages.

4. AI-Powered Messaging — Important Disclosures

GetCallbacks uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to conduct text message conversations with your callers on your behalf. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Callers are interacting with AI, not a human. Our platform is designed to disclose the automated nature of its communications when asked directly, but we cannot guarantee callers will always understand they are communicating with an AI system.
  • AI responses may be imperfect. The AI may misclassify a caller's intent, extract incorrect information (such as address, issue type, or availability), or fail to handle unusual or complex requests appropriately.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all interactions. GetCallbacks is a tool to assist you, not replace your judgment. We strongly recommend regularly reviewing your portal and following up with leads directly.
  • We are not liable for missed opportunities or incorrect lead data resulting from AI errors, conversation failures, or caller disengagement.
  • Conversation content is processed by third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) to generate responses and extract lead information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Call Forwarding Setup

The service only functions if you have correctly configured call forwarding on your main business phone to your assigned GetCallbacks AI number. You are solely responsible for:

  • Setting up and maintaining no-answer and busy call forwarding on your main business line.
  • Verifying that forwarding is working correctly after setup.
  • Contacting your mobile carrier if forwarding codes do not work as expected.
  • Re-configuring forwarding if your phone plan, carrier, or device changes.

We provide carrier-specific instructions as a convenience. We cannot guarantee those codes will work for every plan or device. We are not responsible for missed calls or missed leads caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misconfigured call forwarding.

6. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access that result from your failure to secure your credentials.

You may not share your account with others, create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent, or use the platform to manage communications for businesses you do not own or operate.

7. Free Trial and Subscription Billing

GetCallbacks offers a free trial period as described on our pricing page at the time of signup. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

By providing a payment method, you authorize Manifest Cowboys LLC to charge you on a recurring basis for the subscription plan you selected. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

8. SMS Messaging and Telecom Compliance

Our service sends SMS messages to callers of your business. These messages are triggered by an inbound missed call — the caller has initiated contact with your business by dialing your phone number. By using GetCallbacks, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have a legitimate business relationship with the callers who will receive automated follow-up messages through our platform.
  • You will promptly honor all opt-out requests (including STOP replies) and will not re-engage opted-out contacts through our platform.
  • You will not use the service to send promotional blasts, spam, or messages unrelated to the caller's original inquiry.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all other applicable federal, state, and carrier regulations governing electronic communications.
  • You understand that carrier policies may result in message filtering or blocking, and that we are not responsible for such filtering or for undelivered messages.

We operate a shared telephony infrastructure across all customers. Phone numbers assigned to your account are provisioned through our platform and may be reclaimed upon account cancellation or termination. We cannot guarantee the permanent reservation of any specific phone number.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GetCallbacks to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or bulk promotional SMS.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person.
  • Violate any person's privacy or collect data without lawful basis.
  • Transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent.
  • Impersonate another business, person, or entity.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our source code, models, or proprietary systems.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than managing your own business communications.
  • Circumvent billing, access controls, or service limitations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

10. Third-Party Services

GetCallbacks integrates with and relies on third-party platforms including but not limited to: GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (telephony and CRM), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (data infrastructure), and Google / Apple (authentication). Your use of the service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Outages or changes to third-party platforms may affect the availability or functionality of GetCallbacks.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials comprising the GetCallbacks platform are the property of Manifest Cowboys LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform, our brand, or our technology.

You retain ownership of your business data. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use your data as necessary to provide the service.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, carrier outages, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions but are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS; (B) ALL CALLS FORWARDED TO YOUR AI NUMBER WILL BE RECEIVED OR RESPONDED TO; (C) AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR RESULT IN BOOKINGS OR SALES; (D) MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED TO ALL INTENDED RECIPIENTS; OR (E) THE SERVICE WILL INTEGRATE SUCCESSFULLY WITH YOUR SPECIFIC PHONE PLAN OR CARRIER.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANIFEST COWBOYS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manifest Cowboys LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; (d) any claim by a caller or customer that they did not consent to receive automated messages; or (e) your failure to configure call forwarding correctly.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end at the close of the current billing period. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers assigned to your account will be released back to our pool and may be reassigned to other customers.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@getcallbacks.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
